Terms of service

1. Purpose

Cron-Ping is a monitoring service for scheduled tasks (cron jobs). It notifies the user when a monitored task does not emit the expected signal within the configured window.

2. Account

Sign-up requires a valid email address. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and the use made of their account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

The Free plan is free. The Pro (€9/mo) and Business (€29/mo) plans are monthly subscriptions with no commitment, managed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the billing area; access remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as is". While we aim for high availability, Cron-Ping cannot be held liable for an alert not delivered due to the unavailability of a third-party channel (email, Slack, Discord) or force majeure.

5. Termination

The user may delete their account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of abuse (spam, deliberate overload, illegal activity).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
