Data we collect

We collect: your email address and password (hashed), the checks you create, the history of received pings (date, source IP, duration), and any billing information (handled by Stripe).

Purpose

This data is used only to provide the monitoring service: triggering alerts, displaying history and managing your subscription. We never sell or rent any data.

Hosting

Data is hosted in the European Union. Payments are processed by Stripe; emails by Mailjet (EU).

Retention

Ping history is kept according to your plan's retention window (7 days to 1 year), then deleted automatically. When you delete your account, all your data is erased.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (no advertising tracking cookies).
